The first Diamond offer is the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card.
It’s offering an opportunity to earn up to 100,000 bonus miles!
If you spend $3,000 in the first three months of account opening, you’ll get the standard 50,000 bonus miles.
But if you are able to spend an additional $17,000 in the first 12 months of account opening, you’ll get an extra 50,000 bonus miles.
To earn the full bonus, you would need to average about $1,666 in spend every month. That’s not too bad and I think a lot of people could achieve that.
Those 100,000 bonus miles would be worth at least $1,000 in travel rewards and you would also be earning 2X miles on every purchase.
So that means that after spending $20,000 in the first year you would have an additional 40,000 miles or $400 in rewards.
This would bring the total amount of bonus miles earned to $1,400 in value.
CapitalOne is offering special Venture Rewards Credit Card redemptions right now so that you can use your miles for things like food delivery services and streaming so it is a lot easier to redeem your points even if you are not necessarily traveling.
The $95 annual fee is not waived.

United Explorer Card offer
The next Diamond offer is the 70,000 bonus mile offer for the United Explorer Card.
Typically, in the past when this card offers a 60,000 bonus mile offer it’s a pretty big deal. So now with the addition of 10,000 miles this is a truly attractive offer for an airline credit card and worthy of WalletFlo Diamond status.
(This is a borderline unicorn offer but the additional spend requirement keeps it at diamond)
You’ll be able to earn 60,000 miles after you spend $3,000 in the first three months. And then you’ll be awarded an additional 10,000 miles after you spend a total of $6,000 in the first 6 months.
70,000 miles could get you pretty far including flying in business class all the way to Asia. Or you could use your miles to fly around the US in United first class.
The annual fee for the Explorer Card is waived the first year and then it is $95 after that.
The Explorer Card also has some of the best benefits for an airline credit card which include free checked baggage, priority boarding, and two United Club passes.
You can also earn 2 miles per dollar spent at restaurants, hotels, and on United purchases.
